pupuce, thank you so much! it is very flattering to be remembered in my previous incarnation.

i changed my name in the hope i would actually become more serene (instead of mrs cranky, angry pg lady...) but i'm afraid it was more "aspirational" than achievable and i was/am far from serene most of the time! but i am still bossy!

as www mentioned, i had a marvellous home birth last time after a grim OP hospital experience with ds. dd is now 8 wks and a darling. she is so easy i haven't needed to look at a certain controversial book.
