I have a kodak digital camera, I got it two christmases ago and it still has its original rechargable batteries in...however they're not charging properly anymore and I think I need to buy some new ones.

The ones that are in are stuck together like a battery block but it says it accepts AA batteries, so can you put two normal seperate batteries in or do they need to be special in some way?

we got the same one, and lost the battery a long time ago! Tried to get a replacement but couldnt find it so now just use normal AA batteries, but tbh, they dont last long and cheap ones dont work at all. We found buying rechargeable batteries and a charger a lot easier. HTH

Sounds like the same as mine. It takes AA batteries but they are lithium ones not the normal type (alkaline?). Much more expensive and I had to go to a proper camera shop to get them as Dixons etc don't have them.
