Bumpto3 website - very slow to load?

Is it just me? But when I try and load the Bumpto3 website it takes ages and ages to load up. I normally end up giving up before it has. I used to use Grobag site a lot, but sincechanging it to this I have sruggled.

Anyone else?

couldn't use it either. I thought it was my ancient computer and was going to try on my laptop later. May just haveto use the phone! Perhaps we should send them this thread- they must be losing business.

Yes, might do that. So annoying and does put me off I'm afraid.

it must be your internet ladies no probs her

But I have no problems with any other site at all, even ones with lots of graphics and animation, etc. Just this site, which normally just times out. I have pretty fast broadband here, and it is rarelt overloaded because it's bandwidth's only shared by the apartments and no one else.

Anyone else?

I'm broadband (cable) as well - with no other problems. IN my case I think only half the page loads (or maybe it doesn't and I've just assumed it has). Can't see the products. ON this old computer I suspect the problem lies more with the browser I'm using. I suspect it will work on my laptop. Not good business though if your webpage will only load on the most up to date verisons of browsers!

My computer is new a few months back. It's fast with loads of memory/processing power. Runs XP and other up to date software. Have no probelms anywhere else...

Maybe it just runs on strange browsers? I have another website I nvisit which is annoying like that (having Macs perhaps it happens to me slightly more often - although my new one is generally ok).

I do think we should send them a link to this. I was going to order one of their big cushion things weeks ago - went online to do it, couldn't get the page to work and still haven't got round to it. In the meantime I've been sent other catalogues with other versions of the same thing.

I was going to go on to get a Grobag as a resent for a friend having a baby in the next couple of weeks. I will have to phone to order now BUT I will explain the them the problem I am having. And I will follow that up with an e-mail, and link to here too.
