MSM help

I am MSN ing my friend and suddently I canlt see my emoticons anymore although she can, they come up as words or symbols for me. Does anyone know why and how I can fix it. TIA

try updating it, sometimes mine has had funny glitches like that. I still can't get on with the latest version - similar problem, and so use 7.5.
