Hi, I have a friend in my "people" list in messenger, so obviously have connected with her in the past on messenger. But whenever I try to send a message it comes up with "sending failed" and some letters and numbers, then I try to click her profile and it says "sorry something went wrong", and I try to block her and still says "sorry something went wrong" and all my messages sent to her has a red exclamation mark next to them and they go opposite in order. Has she blocked me or has she deleted her account fully? Thanks.
