I cant log in for my priorty spot, has anyone else had this problem?

what a con. I phoned to complain and had to verbally give my order over the phone thereby increasing Next profits by 30 minutes on the phone. Read out about 50 wanted items, got 8 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I logged on with the intention of ordering 3 items and ended up with a £280 order. Dh doesn't know and hopefully will never find out.
