What colour is the week?

Ok, this is the last conversation I'm going to start tonight (probably...), and you'll probably all think I'm cracked, but what colour do you think of the days of the week as? (Sorry, very bad grammer there)

There's a song, isn't there, something about Blue Monday? Or is it Friday???

Well, anyway, in my world:

Monday: Red
Tuesday: Blue
Wednesday: Yellow
Thursday: Green
Friday: Purple

And I don't know about the weekend, anyone else? (Or should I just sit and wait for the men in white coats?)

Thursday:Orange
Friday:Red
and the week-end is Sunshine Yellow.

And knives are male and forks and spoons female.

There is a syndrome, stupidgirl, where people think in colours or tunes (I'm not describing it very well here). I can't remember the name of it, but it is a recognised condition. My mum sent me an article about it once as I have always had different colours for each day too:

Monday - green
Tuesday -pink
Wednesday - grey
Thursday - red
Friday - yellow
Saturday - Black
Sunday - blue

I can't describe why I had those colours (started as a child) - I didn't hate Saturdays! There were a few other weird things I used to associate with different words/places. I think that some people have it really extreme and lots of their words are associated with different colours or even music. You'd better send the men in white coats round to me too...

i had a friend who used to see colours when she had an orgasm. wierd eh, I don't think it correlated to the days of the week though, so feel free to chuck me off the thread
