I wrote a post a couple months ago about my neighbour buying me food and knocking on my door.
He doesn't understand much English so I told my landlord and she told me he's from Syria, he's being friendly and politely asked him to stop.
He hasn't done it since but today I bumped into him and he picked up my 3 y/o son after chasing him and kissed him a couple times on his face!
Completely unacceptable but I was just so shocked nothing came out of my mouth.
AIBU to report it? I don't think he means any harm but I'm finding him beyond creepy!
