Don't see why not? Maybe just be aware of salt levels if he's under 1. What's worrying you particularly?

HappyPunky · 12/05/2019 14:43

As long as he's over 6 months a slice will be fine. I used to get them for DD because they seemed like a healthier option than pizza

I am obsessed with salt and keep panicking about the levels he has etc he's 10 months and does enjoy his food but I'm still paranoid sometimes about salt it says 1/4 of the quiche is 0.7g (12%)

I live alone so I can't ask anyone Grin

They should have less than 1g salt a day. I presume he wouldn't eat a quarter? Maybe an 1/8? so salt would be 0.35g. So depends what else he's eating today. But as a one off I really wouldn't worry!

munchies87 · 12/05/2019 14:58

Yeah he'll probably have hardly anything! Three small squares maybe. I'm probably over thinking too much Grin
