Hehehehe! I've done this for the person I was telling you about. Mine sends an automated responce rather than bouncing the email.

Tools
Message Rules
Mail
New
"where the from line contains people"... and enter email address
Then I've clicked in:
Delete it
Mark it as read (so you don't know it's there)
Then choose "forward it to people" and put the same email address in. Or (as I have done) click "reply with message". I had to create a message for this and save it in My Documents.

You can do automated responses with OExpress. The arrive as an attachment though.

Bum - you've got Outlook rather than Outlook Express?

spacemonkey · 09/09/2004 14:09

sorry i'm not sure how to do that, I haven't got outlook installed and i use outlook express

but you can certainly create a message rule which will delete any messages from that sender automatically and you can also make it send back an automatic response without having to install any additional software - will that do?

spacemonkey · 09/09/2004 14:09

blimey, i was a bit slow there
