do u get a £50 discount every year by continuing to pay by monthly DD when you have the dual account (Gas AND Electric)? or is that a one-off? as i cannot see on the statement.

as im getting confused...we;ve rang 4 times over 4 yrs to ask wheres our FIRST £50 discount as weve been with them since Apr 2003.

I was with npoer for elec only and have now changed to edf because npower are very expensive and you can never get a positive response from them.

it is an annual discount and normally appears on the last bill (cant remember whether its the gas or electric one) after you have been with them for a year. You should have had the first discount around/after April 2004

go through your statements and see if it's been applied
