Ordered some wool from a well respected internet wool provider that I've never used before (but bizarrely everyone seems to rave about). This was on the 18th of last month. Got an email 10 days ago saying that it had been despatched, waited, waited, made allowances for the postal strike. Nothing, have emailed them twice, (v.polite emails, I used to work in a customer service industry), no reply. Checked on the order update today and it says that it's awaiting supplier delivery. You would think that it would be reasonable to a) answer my chuffing emails b) actually let me know how long I'm supposed to wait. Am soooo pissed off it's unbelievable.
That's better just wanted to get that off my chest.
