looking for ghost website, can you help?

I am trying to find a website where it tells you a story about a lady that always waited the kitchen table for her husband to return home from work. Something or other happened(!) but she continued to wait there. If you stare closely at the screen, you can still see her ghost at which point a ghost jumps up on the screen screaming and it frightens the living daylights out of you!
My friend is trying hard to get it and I thought someone on MM might be able to help. Thanks if you can!

hmm sorry kid just tried using the address i have to make sure it was the right one and address not available guess it may have finished ,its been about years now!!!! good one though ,I remember first receiving it through e-mail and my Dh and I sat there late at night with Dd in bed and we did as it said and screamed really loud!!!! lmao

okay, I watched it and it still made me jump. Even though I had reduced the screen size and turned the volume off! What a winp I am!

I first watched this when pg. Nearly gave birth there and then. Am definitely not watching it again but it is really good!!
