Upside down ok 👌 sign?

Out on a bike ride today with my kids. My 9 year old son is cycling a little way ahead and suddenly stops to wait for me. A guy on a scooter vaping, probably around 17-19 had just passed him. My son was quite worried and said this guy gave him an upside down ok sign and smirked as he passed. It was a bit weird and I’m wondering if the sign meant anything? It did seem very harmless, but given the big age difference I thought it a bit odd.

When you're in a long journey... First spot a yellow car shouts "yellow car!" And (depending on who is playing) you punch the arm of the other player/s.

It used to just be "the game". Basically the idea is that everyone is playing The Game at all times, and you're always winning until you hear the words "the game" then you immediately lose. Nobody ever wins though.

Then it became this thing where you make an 👌🏻 and whoever sees it loses. It's dumb but it's a thing.

It has to be below the waist and if the other person cant get their finger through the circle then you get to punch them. At least that's how it works with my boys

Ok googled ‘the game’ and now kind of get it.....
It did freak my son out though, think he thought it was some kind of voodoo sign 🤣 the guy that did it was a bit ‘wild’ looking
