some questions about tesco direct

Do they reply to their e mails? They've not replied to me and you'd think they'd want my business.
Has anyone got a non 0845 number for them? None of the 'Saynoto0870' ones work.

Tesco Clubcard number: 0800 59 16 88. I know its not Tesco Direct but they might be able to help you/divert you.

I had the same dilemma a while back.. i phoned the actual store that my delivery comes from in the end... was a local landline number. got it from yellow pages. hth
