how shall I word this on my CV?

I'm using a recommended format which has, under each section in Employment history, the sub heading Achievements and Responsibilities.

How can I change the sub heading title to let the reader know that the things listed are some of the achievements and responsibilities, rather than all of them?
I'm only listing those which I believe are of note and not every single boring thing

People know that you're not listing everything you've achieved in a role. The fact that it's edited highlights is a given
