Business Book keeping- what system do you use?

I've just installed Cash flow manager and wondered if anyone has any views on this or other products?

We like Quickbooks (cheaper than SAge & does the job/Vat returns etc nicely)

Do you send you books to an accountant at the end of the financial year?
