So I was hoping someone could help with some info and advice I am currently a council tenant in London woth Phoenix housing I want to go private renting as I can not live here any longer my neighbours have drove me to the point where I feel this is my only option I just wanted to ask so I have to give me council 4 weeks notice so do I give them notice then start looking ? Or find a place then tell them because if I find a place first I then have to wait 4 weeks to be able to move in also I receive housing benefit is there certain places you look for landlords that accept dss
