Hi all. Has anyone had this experience, so on my daughters birth certificate it asks for occupation. Im on long term sick so I'm unable to work, especially in a kitchen- my trade though is a chef. So i said i was unemployed to the registrar, but a trained chef, so she put down chef. Had to send a copy off to dwp to inform them of change im circumstances- now been called in for a medical,can only assume its because it says im a chef in the birtb certificate
