I have killed 3 wasps today. What's going on and where are they coming from.
My favourite method today was dropping my Next directory on 1, it died straight away (I know I am evil)

Perhaps you live near me. I actually let one go out the window the other day. I don't know what came over me. It is not my usual policy at all. Usually I attack them the minute I see them with the heaviest newspaper/book/etc to hand. My kids watch me in awed silence as I murder defenceless creatures with such relish! The thing I hate about them the most is the way they make eating outdoors in the garden absolutely impossible. How about you?

My neighbour said it was because the winter wasnt cold enough so it didnt kill them off so theres now loads. Shes a teacher...whether that makes her theory right or not...!!!

there's been a lot in the news about it recently. it is true- winter wasn't cold enough to kill off a lot of the queens so there are a lot of nests. this happens about once every 7 years apparently
