how do i get rid off this

ive got the worst back ache in the whole of this world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! due to period someone tell me how i can get rid of it please!!!!!!!!!

Try lying on floor on stomach, hold ankles then stretch! you do look daft but it works, do it about five times. make sure all leg and arm muscles are strecthed. good luck.
