Had no idea where to post this, so hope it's the right place!
I don't know about anyone else but I am constantly trying to introduce better habits and self care into my life. I'm also constantly failing!
Having just finished reading a book on how to stick with personal goals, two things stood out. Forming new habits works well when you reward yourself each time you do it, and also that you are held to account when you don't!
So the idea of this thread is to have a place where people can list their goals/habits whatever they are and update as they achieve them, whether they are daily, weekly or monthly! Posters can be supportive and cheer each other on, or also give a boot up the arse when needed too.
My list that I'd like to achieve by the end of 2019 is:
- Daily Prompt Journalling
- Completing the 52 week money Savings Challenge
- Reading at least two books a week
- drinking 2ltrs water a day
*following the organised mum method of House cleaning for a full year!
For once I'd love to actually manage to complete the goals I set myself and hope others will join in too!
