Butchers classic is fine (the vet suggested it) - Stupid Cat isn't massively keen, but she will eat it, and she hasn't thrown up since we switched her to it (apart from when she pinched Inconvenient Cat's food). So that seems fairly conclusive on the face of it.

So much for the early night. We watched Death in Paradise... however, Stupid Cat is being turfed off and I'm heading up.

So Fancy - did LetUs' Storm efforts work, or did she miss you? (funnily enough, DS was invoking Storm yesterday to ask for more snow. )

No snow here, it's not even that cold. so DS will be off to school and life as usual...

She did a reasonable job - a few inches here and although there don't seem to be any issues on the roads, the local roads near me are covered. Schools are closed & I think a lot of people are staying at home with it being a Friday. Long story short - I don't much fancy the drive so will work at home.

Hurrah - WFH Friday!!! Except I bet LetUs has had to go in because she works for twats.

So weird, you know the parcel from Amazon that I ordered that never arrived so they had to send a replacement? It turns out it was stuck at customs!!?? I got a letter today from the Swedish postal service that I needed to pay import tax and customs fee, totalling at £13.50. Never happened to me Before and I ordered tons of time from Amazon.uk. I'm flabbergasted..
Anyway I already got my replacement parcel but I contacted Amazon anyway and they said I could just ignore the new parcel and it would be automatically returned to them.
I didn't really understand the explanation about why it had happened, something about taxes, countries etc etc. But I mean Sweden is an EU country and the UK is still in the EU so I don't really understand. I did see that the first parcel was shipped from Luxemburg for some reason, but they're also in the EU??!!

Looked at my earlier orders from Amazon and on every invoice it says "Sold by Amazon EU Luxembourg" so nothing new there. I wonder if someone just fucked up. The parcel wasn't even trackable either and when I ordered DVD's before they have been able to track.

Surely you'll want to do the 'in/out' thing with the HBFs LetUs? Repeatedly. What are you seeing at the cinema?
