We were told we could leave a bit early today because of the snow. Some areas were quite bad where some staff live. Fortunately it’s all fine on my journey and where I am but obviously there was no way of knowing that so off I went

Well my day started great! I woke up hearing a weird noise and at the same time my sis texted me because the waterpump was making a lot of noise (she lives in the next house and we share a well). I get up, groggy as hell and discovers that the outdoor tap is broken and is gushing water, thankfully there's a safety thingy indoor so I could turn off the water.

Then I bid on the grey apartment but it got too expensive, but we were just two bidders which I thought was strange.

Then I contacted Amazon because my DVD's I ordered a month ago still haven't turned up so they sent new DVD's and hopefully they will turn up on Thursday.

That sounds like more excitement than necessary Wicked, but hurrah for indoor stopcocks.

Was supposed to be at the cinema with BestFriend but she forgot she had a hair appointment so we’re going Friday instead.

The rest of my evening is going to consist of getting into my pjs, HBFs, getting out of my pjs (see previous item), having a drink, and HBFs.

Also, Poop re. being outbid on the apartment Wicked, and hurrah for being sent home early from work LetUs - I'm hoping for snow so I can work from home tomorrow.... bet we'll just get rain.

DH and the DC are watching the football in DS1’s room. It’s not going well.

I’m downstairs with a bottle of cider, watching videos on YouTube. It’s going considerably better for me
