If a local authority pool its usually about £3.50-£4.00 for adults and about half that per child. Might be more expensive if its got flumes etc

Atour local normal pool they have a parent and under 5 session for about £5 for both.

At the big leisure pools it is about £5 or so per adult, and about £3-4 for over 5s. Under 5s are free.

£3.30 for adults and about 1/2 that for children over 5 yo. It's not bad is it? Trouble is there are plans to knock down the old pool and build a super-duper flumes and slides place which I just know is going to be twice as expensive .
