Can soemone help with time zone calculations - 8am PST in UK time?

I need to know when 8am PST on 18th June works out to be in GMT (or GMT+1 whatever we are on now!)... why is it I can do all kinds of science and maths etc, but time zones leave me rocking in a corner???
