Seriously. I know there's many of these but I'm trying to lose weight. Looking for ideas really with meals. But I'm not really meal planning tbh. Haven't eaten the beat today however
B - porridge
S - banana apple raspberry blueberry smoothie
L - skipped
S - chocolate
D - spag bol

Drinks - x1 coffee
X1 tea
X2 pints of lemon water
