So, I'm due in five days time, and before moving into our new home (where I intend to have a homebirth!) there's only the central heating to install, bathroom to paint, all floor carpets to lay upstairs, wood floor to lay downstairs, curtain rails to put up, curtains to hang, painting elsewhere to finish (including all upstairs woodwork!), cloakroom toilet and sink to install, (another) skip to hire - and fill, oh yes, and packing and moving!
I was hoping to relieve myself of a wee bit of stress by offloading this....reading back what I've just written, I'm strangely UNcomforted! I am eternally thankful though that I have a good DH, and wonderful, beautiful angel of a 2.4 yr old DD by my side .
Fingers crossed? Fingers crossed here, and more importantly, legs!
