EBAY - what do you do when there are problems?....

I won 2 items on ebay on 21 May for my ds's birthday next week.

According to the seller they were despatched on 22 May via 2nd class parcel post.

As of today, still have not received them and seller is now not replying to my e-mails.

Anyone else had a problem like this? What (if anything) can I do?

how did you pay?

if paypal open a dispute.

oh, how do you do that?

(As you can tell, it was my first time buying anything on ebay - and last!)
