Shave his chest hairs???

I can't stand it - don't get me wrong I don't like the monkey man look either but a naked chest is a bit too childlike for me.

DH loves it...

what do you think?

ooohhhh noooooo....you need a little bit of hair to run your fingers through.....

melsy · 22/08/2004 11:39

I think chest stubble may be worse!!!

Ixel · 22/08/2004 11:40

Shaving chest hair is a sacrilege! Dh has a lovely thick bit where his neck meets his chest, which he is always threatening to shave because ds pulls it. I told him ,if he shaves anything other than his face, I'm leaving him!!!

maretta · 22/08/2004 11:47

No way. Winter is on the way and you need some fluff to snuggle into on a cold night.

Metrobaby · 22/08/2004 13:27

I've never heard of shaving chest hair

I thought men only shaved the hair on their head and no other body hair !

Davros · 22/08/2004 13:35

Haven't you heard of the back, crack and sack wax?

Metrobaby · 22/08/2004 13:38

Urrgghhhh

MeanBean · 22/08/2004 13:50

No, but he could get himself sponsored to wax it for charity!

suedonim · 22/08/2004 14:34

Noooooo! This is dh's cautionary tale. He had to have his chest partially shaved for an operation, about 9 yrs ago. The hair has never grown back properly and there's a distinct line across his chest where the nurse's ministrations ended!! Very odd.

dejags · 22/08/2004 16:23

DH picked this up whilst in the States (LA) last year. Apparently it's the cool thing to do - and I have to admit there wasn't a hairy bloke in sight on the beach.

I love the chest hair - but it's gone - am grateful it grows back pretty quickly

PMSL at "back, crack and sack wax"!!

dejags · 22/08/2004 17:07

euuughhhh! have to be a very dedicated beautician to offer the b,c & s wax. My eyes are watering at the thought of anybody having their "bottie" or balls waxed

daisy1999 · 22/08/2004 18:53

apparantly David Beckham has the B, s and c wax!!

Piffleoffagus · 22/08/2004 19:08

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Metrobaby · 22/08/2004 19:31

Quite framkly I am surprised to see that men have the guts to go through a B, C and S wax

Demented · 22/08/2004 21:35

LOL, I'm trying to tempt DH with a B, C and S wax not because I like it but DH doesn't see why women make such a fuss about waxing!

Spod · 22/08/2004 21:40

surely they don't was down there???? ouch!

edam · 22/08/2004 21:40

Personally can't stand hairy chests .. but I'm not the one living with him (unless dh has a double life ) so really depends what you think, dejags ...
