Not sure if I'm in the right topic / zone so bare with me
I'm trying to download photos from my iPhone to a computer, like a buffoon, when the 'trust this device' question came on I've selected no because I'm that used to pressing no at work when I charge my phone, now I'm not getting the option to trust when I connect to the computer. I've googled what to do and it's telling me to reset my privacy and location doo dar, back to factory settings. I darent do it cos I don't want to lose anything. Am I just being paranoid and is it safe to reset it without losing anything??
I just want my photos somewhere other than my phone as a back up as I think my phone is on it's way out
