It's amazing how they relate to each other. It's a couple who have cameras in the home (BBish) and a lawyer and psychologist are analysing their behaviour. fascinating!

oh no no no i've missed it! I used to love this programme and was so pleased it was back - thought it was on at 9. I don't suppose anybody videoed it?

Today has been a good day for mucking things up. Punishment for posting on that 'organised person' thread, clearly.

was it just me who thought that woman so could not be bothered and was focing her behavious, does anyone else have a relationship like that and really belieive it will work?
Maybe its just cyncical me, but dh and I giggle all the time, sex is ok, a bit sporadic but always enjoyed when it happens...
That couple seemed to me too far beyond the help line..
is it me or the guinness making that judgement?

sportyspice · 18/08/2004 21:31

There is no way i could cope with a marriage like that! She had no interest in him atall and did nothing but watch tv, i love the attention that dh gives me and would never treat him like that. I do hope that they've now worked things out....can you imagine the impact of a newborn baby on the state of their relationship before the experts became involved?! spells disaster.

juniper68 · 18/08/2004 21:34

so do you think they'll live happily ever after?

I felt really sorry for their son. The woman hardly paid him any interest, just as long as she could watch the tv!

Hmmm the whole thing remeinded me of me and dp tbh, only substitute the t.v for MN.

I think he was a bit over affectionate and she was scared to show affection cos he would then jump on her.
That is me and dp to a tee.
I was soooo pleased that he was watching it to see what the experts said, but he didn't agree, surprise surprise.

Oh i wouldn't be so rude as to leave the table though or completely ignore him like she did.
