COULD I BE PREGNANT? WARNING TMI

This is probably going to sound silly but not sure if I could be pregnant.

Had sex on the Sunday May 6th and the condom came off DH and was still inside me with the semen in it.

Obviously pulled it out and washed myself.

Had a period the following Wendesday May 9th.

Am expecting next period June 6th but I feel strange .

Tireder than usual,my boobs are really sore,feeling a bit sick,eating more.

Could just be because my period due.

Could I be pregnant even though I had my period 3 days after the act.

I'd say probably not pregnant, but do a test just to check. I expect that because you are worried you might be you are focussing on your boobs feeling sore etc. Was your last period 'normal'?

Agree that you might be worried so focussing on symptoms. Do a test.

My last period was 2 days early which is unusal for me.

If I had of concieved on that Sunday would I still have had a period 3 days later though or could i still have had a period if I was pregnant?

You can still bleed and be pregnant, so it might be worth doing a test. Unlikely to be from the episode you described, but stranger things have happened.

I'm pretty sure that sperm can live about 4-5 days inside you so I guess it is possible that you might be pregnant even tho' you seem to have had a period. You can also have an implantation bleed when the egg buries itself in your womb so it's possible it might have been that rather than an actual period that you had. Best bet would be to do a test.

Also you can have periods while pg - my friend had a period every month when she was carrying her dd, which is why she was 5 months (!) gone before she even realised she was pg.

I had an implantation bleed similar to a period, so could have been that.
I too also had very sore boobs and was extremely tired and the test came back positive

Sounds like you may be pregnant......is that good news?

In my experience, it's a bit early for pregnancy symptoms. Do a test to find out.

I started getting pregnancy symptoms (sore boobs) before my period was even due. I don't usually get sore boobs when I've got my period & was frantically checking for lumps & getting ready to make a gp appointment before it occurred to me to do a test first as we were using condoms so didn't even think I might be pg.

i must say it sounds unlikely, but not impossible

implantation bleeding is common but NOTHING like a period. its a very small amount of blood, IME
