I felt suicidal after reaing the government's booklet but this has certainly cheared me up. I hope you see this Lunarsea (GillW) you could do with a giggle.

PMSL - which I wasn't when I read the real booklet! The real thing freaked me a out a bit to be honest.

We didn't get a real one either. Good spoof site. Private Eye took the piss week too.

I liked the line (in the real pamphlet) about 'most of the suggestions will be common sense'...so WHY are you sending this to us???

Chincilla they are sending us a booklet so when or if something does happen and everyone gets (quite rightly) upset, our wonderful government can say "but we gave you all a booklet."

Honestly, I love that bit about if you see someone injured phone 999. Had me laughing almost more than the spoof site (lets face it the spoof site is really better advice .)
