Just this really I am going for a spa day to centre parcs tomorrow (in this heat I know). At least their is an outdoor pool with loungers. Anyway I was always get really itchy legs when swimming probably the chlorine but also after each room. The rest of me is ok but this is a pain when trying to relax and enjoy the day between rooms. Any tips on how to avoid or minimise this would be appreciated. Thanks

Depends what's making them itch I guess.

An anti-histamine might help, or if you normally shave/wax before hand you could try not doing so (it takes a bit of skin off so leaves you more sensitive). Maybe even a thin layer or vaseline to stop the water making contact with your legs (might be a bit shiny though and you'll need a really good hot soapy shower before you get dressed!).

Thanks I have already had legs waxed middle of last week. I was thinking of putting some sort of barrier on I have some Aveeno cream or I could nip out and get something this afternoon or tonight. Th witching drives me mad it’s often a little better with a towel draped over them when in relaxing area.

I’m not really sure what makes them itch though. I often get this when swimming always in a jacuzzi and also usually after the various rooms and we usually go in the cooler ones.
