Hi, I am just wondering what people's thoughts are.
Things haven't been great between me and my husband for a while. Anyhow one morning my little boy was playing on his phone and I had an overwhelming urge to look at it.
There were a series of text messages to a girl and briefly he had lent her some money and was trying to get it back without success.
It's worth noting he hasn't been great with me over money, always making digs that I don't work don't contribute etc. I went back to uni on Feb to do a course which will be finished soon. I do everything at home and he doesn't lift a finger!
He had lent her £400. I can't tell you what £400 would have done for me!! I never have new clothes make up etc, I spend everything on my kids. She is beautiful, busty and slim, everything I am not. Obviously I thought they must have been having an affair.
He has sworn they were not (said they have been friends for years and she was depressed and wanted the money for her sisters wedding abroad!). I have heard of her as she had a funny surname and if she ever popped up on his Facebook I would mention it and he would say she's stunning her, gorgeous girl!
I have also spoken to her and she swears nothing happened and he was just being kind..
I never thought he would cheat on me but I think even if nothing happenned then he wanted it too. I can't get it out if my head.
I had to hound this girl for the money back and eventually contacted her parents, it was a stress I didn't want or need.
I really need some balanced opinions on what people would do if it was them please.
