they state that they only make one delivery and collection attempt then you may have to pay again, i emailed them to ask how specific their timing was and they said 9 - 5.30 but leave a note for the driver if you are out. not sure how this helps, there is no day i can stay in during those times as i have 2 or 3 school/nursery runs per day. how helpful have they been with giving you an approximate time? tia
