Baby sitting circle

I'm thinking of getting a baby sitting circle (using tokens) going in our village and would appreciate any tips from existing circles. Couple of burning questions going round the brain - firstly, any experiences of people going post (pre)school sessions (or is akin to an unpaid childminder and thus not permitted?!). Also, has anyone gone as far as drawing up guidelines etc. Thanks
