ds1 has forgottoen his password, and the stupid people there wont give it to us.
ive provided them with transaction id
world pay id etc etc etc. they have my email address. why wont the sods just send my the stupid password.
i cant cancel the account without sending im my credit card details again, and quite frankly afeter all therie stupid twenty nine letter tracking codes they have given me and declicned requests, i am loathe to do that.
anyone have any ideas what to do?

ok have you gone through the ' i have lost my password' thingy on the site?

incase you haven't
start on the main page
click customer support
then scroll down for password support
then password emergencies
then 'i have lost my password, what should i do?'
then click the link it tells you to on that page and follow instructions

i have trinity, three times. it gives me a form to fill in wiith things like my worldpay transaction id etc, whihc i fill in then gives me two ten digit tracking numbers which i have to use to track the progress of my query.
three times i have done this and each time it says they are declining my request =because i have not provided enough information.
i gave worlpay id, merchant id thing, original password, a previous password. email address and they still say i havent provided enough. he cant remember any other passwords, i dont know what else to do.
