10 week old angry feeding

Hi All!

I'm at a loss on what to do; please help! My 10 week old has got herself into an amazing routine and is sleeping 8+ hours at night. Recently though, she won't take her bottle in the evening and gets angry/refuses it. All she wants to do is sleep, even though she's been asleep for most of the day.

Today she had a bottle at 15:30 and just won't take anything now, she's just getting extremely angry at the bottle and refuses it. She's now passed out in her cot.

She only does this in the evening and takes all of her bottles in the day just fine. I really don't know what could be causing this and it's starting to worry me.

Before I take her to the doctors, has anyone else had the same or could shed light on this?

Are you using the right teat? Does she need a faster one?

Yes exclude reflux and teat issues firstly. My dd was bottle refusing and turns out it was too slow for her and frustrated her.

If she's taking it in the day though it might not be the teat. Can you try the bottle earlier? If she's still putting on weight and sleeping it may just be a bit of a phase... between my NCT group we've had all sorts of strange feeding behaviour, all of which has sorted itself out given time. Maybe film her behaviour on your phone and show the health visitor?
