Mouldy Clothes!

Due to my son faffing around with our washing machine some clothes lay damp for a few days. Probably due to the warm weather a tee shirt and wool cardigan became covered in black mould.

I've run the tee-shirt through a whites wash and most of the mould is away although it has stained the material and still shows faintly. Anyone know what will get rid of this - should I just keep washing it? I've not tried the cardigan (this is much worse) and I am not sure how to get rid of it without shrinking it.

Anyone got any tips? I am just using supermarket own brand non-bio powder - haven't tried tabs, liquid stuff etc - would like some advice before I rush off to spend lots of money - thanks!

I think stain devils do a mould remover, you can get it in Woolies and ASDA.

Napisan's quite good, but it only fades the stains. I've tried biological stain sticks on mould, but they doesn't seem to do much good.
