Never got around to changing address of drivimg license but now need to and ideally be back fairly quick which apparently doing it online takes around a week, but it asks for last 3 years worth of adressses which i have lived at but have never changed the license to but says upto £1000 fine for not changing it. Am i likely to be fined?
