Parking at Barnet General Hospital

When I was attending ante natal at Barnet General Hospital many moons ago, I used to park around the outside of a park area, on residential roads and walk to the hospital.

I have an appointment tomorrow at the hospital and I'd like to park off site with no time restrictions.
is there still any suitable parking? I don't mind a walk.

or would I be better off just allowing extra time to wait for a space to become available in the hospital car park?

TIA

There is parking around the hospital but it's few and far between and also depends on the time of your appointment.

Try parking on Bells Hill or on roads near by it. There is a back entrance into the hospital grounds on Bells Hill right next door to the care home called Carlton court.

How did it go ?

I did go to Bells Hill and drove along and then down most of the side turnings but with no luck finding a space.

Luckily, at the hospital I found some immediately!
When I came out though at about 2.15pm, it was heaving with cars looking for spaces and you could feel the tension in the air. I'm guessing visiting starts at 2pm so when I get my next appt, I'm going to ensure it's a morning one Smile
