Cropping a JPeg - Can anyone help me please??

Hello all

Can one of you lovely ladues help me - I need to make a Jpeg a different size to what it is and have no idea how to do it - if I mailed it to someone who was really clever could you do it and mail it back to me - it is for a Photobag??
