Went to to stock up today with 'no-germs' handwash and the girl in superdrug said they don't sell it any more. Aaaagh - is our staple - can catch the kids as they pass and hope that theri hands will be reasonable for eating ice-creams etc on hols - does anyone know if it is discontinued, or goes by another name or if there is any otehr 'squirt' alternative...?

Is it a gel that dries on your hands as you rub it?

Cuticura do one in a little bottle.

Found it for sale here .

Waitrose still sell it, but lots of other brands available - ask for alcohol hand gel.

Soap and water does do just was well though.

Yes, but s& w needs them to actually go to it, and by the time they've played with the taps, messed around with the handryer, pulled a dozen paper towels out of the container, they touched the manky toilet seat, then seen a snail they've just GOT to lick up I don't feel like buying them iceceam any more
