Wooohooo - we have finally found a house and had the offer accepted - our last 2 have fallen through as the first one the stupid woman has decided to divorce her hubbie and is refusing to move out and the second we reckon the tennant gave the landlord a blow job to stop him selling it as he just went off of the idea!! You can see that it has made me bitter and twisted can't you!!
But anyway yesterday we went to see a house in Kelvedon in Essex - big move for us from SE London and it was beautiful - both DH and I fell in love with it and they have just accepted our offer!!
It is cheaper than the first 2 houses that we offered on and so in terms of the first house are 75k better off - I am sooo happy!!
Going to be an Essex Girl again!!
