My son (10) loves playing Score Hero, it is a football game and is billed as appropriate for all ages. But it pops up ads for other games which (IMO) are not appropriate for kids. One I saw was called kick buddy, which showed a rag-doll in chains being attacked with a chain saw, amongst other things. Today he was playing the game and an ad came on which disturbed him ( he clicked off it straight away). He wouldn't tell me what he saw, but said it was sexual!!
He also said that to earn credits on the game you have to let the ad run. He says he just turns down the volume and turns the screen over until it ends.
Has anyone had any experience of this? How would I complain?
Do you know hwo to stop it. I have turned off notifications on the app, and enabled safe mode, but I am not sure if that will help.
