I am trying to print off some flash cards to help my DD learn her letter/phonics but when I type in a lower case "i" it automatically changes to an upper case. How do I change this please?

Go to Format>Autocorrect

In the replace box type i. It will prob bring up I in the with box.

In the replace box, type i where means you hit the spacebar.

In the with box type I

Now it will only change it when it's I in a sentence, iyswim

Put in Di. Then edit the field and erase the D.

I'm sure there's a better way to do it, but this works.

Just tried mine and it doesn't change it...

What is the cell format set to? (highlight row, click on format, cells, number (if not already on number)..

sorry if you already knew how to do this

One way I think is to put ' before any text ( it doesn't show)
