I received £100 for every time the Tescos on-line service screwed up yet another one of my orders.

Sorry, had a rant somewhere as I have just rattled off another letter of complaint to them! Bah!

Hi libb - this isn't going to make you feel better at all BUT my tesco delivery this week included: 2 packs of cadbury mini-rolls, 2 packs of finest pork sausages and a bottle of Ame - all not ordered and all not paid for....
Not your missing items are they??

They did TRY TO substitute my £4.99 bottle of wine for an 8.99 bottle!! - luckily I spotted that one!

I called Tesco a few weeks ago to have a moan about their picking policy, and get a hefty refund on the stuff they delivered (you get 48 hours to complain btw).

They told me that they only allocate 30 SECONDS per item to be picked, so if what you want isn't there then they have virtually no time to pick a dcent substitute. Also, if you order something, and it is the last one on the shelf, the picker is not allowed to grab it, but has to leave it for the in store shoppers! This actually made me v cross, and I told them so. It makes me feel like a second class customer ,if I was shopping for myself I certainly wouldn't leave something on the shelf for another person to pick later!

Anyway I just thought I would share these little gems with you. MAkes me go elsewhere most of the time now.
