That's it really. I'm thinking of getting a pair. They get good write ups but I've never known anyone who's actually used them

Just bought a pair and they are fab. It makes such a difference to your posture, I have been asked if I have lost weight such is the difference! Well worth the money.

i asked this the other day as i am thinking of it too... thread convinced me!

you can get fitflops too... not actually out yet but sposed to be the same thing, butin a flipflip/sandal.

My physio had some and swore by them. told me I should get some, but don't wear trainers much so may wait for the Fitflop!

yes, they're good tho v v expensive. Worth it? Think so.

Did you get them fitted in a shop or buy them on the internet?

you need to get them fitted as they go up in thirds of sizes rather than half sizes.
